Samira's Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
1/2 head Red Cabbage1/2 head Green Cabbage1/2 cup Corn3 med Cucumbers1t Salt1T Apple Cider Vinegar2 med Tomato1 cup Carrot, grated 4T fresh Parsley
Directions
Shred cabbage finely & toss with 2T vinegar. Add tsp salt and massage into cabbage. Add diced tomato, cucumber, corn, shredded carrot, and chopped fresh parsley. Top with shredded carrot.
