Jicama Slaw

1 large jicama5 medium Carrots1 small pineapple, fresh3 cloves garlic1/2 red onion1/2 bunch Cilantro1/4 cup Cider or red wine Vinegar2 tbl. Olive Oil1 tbl Honey6 tbl. Asian Sweet Chili Saucesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
julienne jicama
shred carrots
dice pineapple
dice garlic
dice onion
combine all ingredients
add salt & pepper to taste
let sit for at least 30 minutes for flavors to marry
