Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove) Broccoli, fresh, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove) Carrots, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove) Peas, frozen, 0.25 cup (remove) Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tbsp (remove) Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove) Rice Noodles, 0.50 cup (remove) Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
bring pot of water to boil and add vegetables and noodles. Cook and drain. Combine 1/4 cup water, peanut butter, soy sauce and spices (garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes) in small bowl and microwave 1 min and combine. put over vegies and top with cilantro and lime juice if desired.
