Rainbow Chili

Ingredients
1 can yellow no salt added corn3 bell peppershalf yellow onion1lb ground beefhalf pound ground turkey1 cup mushrooms1 can dark red kidney beans
Directions
Sautee meat, peppers, onions together until done. Add in all your other ingredients (including whatever spices you use).....stir well and simmer for 20 minutes or so. Will thicken upon standing.
