*Besan, 1 cup Rice flour, white, .25 cup Salt, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, .5 tsp *Chilli Powder, 3 tsp Zucchini, 1 cup, mashed Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)
combine all ingredients together, save for the vegetable, and mix well until no lumps.
Fold in veggie.
Fry in nonstick pan until dry on top, flip and continue until brown on both sides.
Serving Size: makes 4 pancakes.
