Chocolate Chips Cookies

1/4 cup Butter, unsalted,6 Tbsp Brown Sugar packed 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar1/4 pkg sugar free vanilla pudding mix1/2 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract3 Tbsp egg white Egg Beaters1/2 cup Pillsbury All Purpose Flour 1/2 cup oat flour1/2 tsp Arm & Hammer Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Salt1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (Nestle)
Cream butter, sugars and pudding mix together. Add egg white and vanilla. Mix completely. Whisk flours, soda and salt together and combine with egg mixture. Pour in chocolate chips and scoop onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and allow to cool completely on the baking pan. This will result in a chewy chocolate chip cookie.
