Gutbombs Smokin' Chili (Sure NOT to give you a Gutbomb!!) 3 WW Points

Ingredients
1lb extra lean ground beef1 diced green pepper1 c diced onion1c chopped mushrooms6 cloves of minced garlic3 chipotles chopped and 6 tbsp of the adobo sauce2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper1 tbsp splenda brown sugar blend2 tbsp cocoa powder2 cups of kidney beans
Directions
I brown the ground beef and drain fat. I dump the rest into my crockpot, add beef and cook all day on low or 4-6 hours on high.

I like it spicey so you can lessen the chipotle's but you will lose some of the smokey flavor. I also add cayene at times.

This freezes well too. I serve with diced onion and low fat shredded cheese but you need to add the calories for that.

This comes out to 3 weight watchers points per serving which comes to about a cup per person
