Gingered Broccoli with Orange

Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli - divide into flowerets, peel and slice stems1 thin slices ginger root match stick size1 orange - squeeze juice from the ornage and mix with cornstarch, soy, sugar and 4 tb water.1 tsp cornstarch1 tb soy sauce1/2 tsp sugar2 tb veg oil
Directions
Peel slice dice. Heat iol in wok add broccoli stems stir fry for 2 min. add ginger root, garlic and broccoli flowerets, stir fry for 3 min. Stir in ornge sauce mix and cook, stirring until sauce is thick.
