Ingredients
Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 servingGarlic, .5 cupLean Turkey Italian Sausage HOT, 5 servingOlive Oil, 3 tbspYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cupBeans, black, 1 cupBeans, red kidney, 1 cupCream of Chicken Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz)
Directions
Heat your wok, add your cup of water and place sausages in... cover and cook on Medium for about 10 minutes, turning halfway thru. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes. Remove from wok and let drain/cool a bit before cutting.

Rinse out wok briefly then replace and turn heat up to High. Add oil, followed by garlic and then sausage. Ensure sausage cooked thoroughly (should be mostly done already) before adding the beans and the cream of chicken soup. If need be add a dash of water or chicken broth to get the soup er, soupy... though honestly, this isn't in the nutritional info as I haven't made this particular item yet and haven't seen what's what in action.

Cook pasta per box instructions.
