Parmesean Encrusted Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (I use Banko)1 cup grated parmesean cheese! large egg white
Directions
preheat oven to 300 degrees Farenheit

coat baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking

cut chicken breast into 3 or 4 "finger" strips

coat the chicken in a little egg white

dip the coated chicken in a mixture of the cheese and crumbs until the entire finger is covered with the mixture

place pieces on pan and bake until the chicken is cooked thouroughly

Serving Size: makes 1 serving o4 3-4 chicken fingers
