Extra Lean ground TurkeyFrozen Chopped Spinach (thawed and drained)1 can of Great Northern BeansSalt and Pepper (to taste)** You may add mushrooms if you like***
1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ground turkey, and saute until cooked through.
2. Add chopped spinach and cover pot to let it cook with turkey
3. Add Salt and pepper (to your taste)
4. Stir in the beans (drained), and simmer all over low heat for 5 minutes or until cooked and heated through.
Serving Size: Makes 6-1 cup servings
