Ingredients
1 pkg beef stir fry strips (500g)1 can Savoy Coconut Cream1 can Aroy D Red Cury Sauce2 cups Europe's Zen Garden frozen veggies
Directions
heat olive oil in wok, adding beef and let brown for 2mins then add rest of ingredients and simmer for 20mins until meat and veggies are tender.
Serve over cooked rice of your choice (brown, wild or white)
