Cheeseburger Soup

1 lb Ground Turkey1 cup Celery, chopped2 Tbsp Dried Onion Flakes1 tsp Dried Basil3 cups Chicken Broth1/2 cup Frozen Broccoli1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower1.5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1. Brown ground turkey in a dutch oven. Drain off any fat and return to pot. Add celery, onon flakes and dried basil. Cook for about 2 minutes.
2. Add Chicken broth and next 2 ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce to low, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and puree half with a stick mixture, or all the way if that is what you prefer. Return to heat.
4. Add in heavy cream, cook for another 5 minutes or so to thicken slightly. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
Serving Size: Makes 8 equal servings
