100 grms of lean beef1 green pepper bell1 ripe tomato3 tbsp corn oil3 tbsp worcestershire sauce1tsp salt1tsp garlic powder1 pinch of black pepper
cut the meat in strips put it in a smal bowl, pour worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic powder, let it sit for 10 min.
cut in medium pieces onion green bell pepper and tomate, set aside
heat corn oil, and place the meat, cook it stirin ocassionaly, until brown and cooked, add vegetables stir ocassionaly, add salt to the taste
