Al's meat loaf

Ingredients
1 can golden mushroom soup1 can diced tomatoes no salt drained1 pkg lipton garlic herb soup seasoning1 diced onion1 diced pablano1 diced anaheim pepper2 diced red jalapenos1 1/2 to 2 cups bread crumbs1/3 cup lea and perrins4 oz. egg beaters1 lb 8%fat ground beef1/2 lb ground pork unseasonedi/2 jar beaver brand hot hoarse raddish1 Tbs of any combination of seasonings you like omitting salt1 Tbs Penzeys bavarian seasoning1 Tbs Penzeys old world seasoning1 Tbs garlic powder1 Tbs french tarragon1 sprig fresh rosmary minced1 sprig fresh sage minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl,fill a loaf pan or 2 and shape loaf leaving a gap all around to bottom of pan.
Bake until internal temp is 170* about 1 1/2 hours use thermometer,let cool 15-20 min and serve

Serving Size: 8 servings/loaf
Makes 1 big and 1 regular size loaf
