Dee's EZ Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

2 (14 oz) cans Swanson 33% less sodium chicken broth (4 cups)3 (15 oz) cans pumpkin (5 1/4 cups)1 (13.5 oz) can cocount milk (1 2/3 cups)2 TBL less sodium soy sauce1/2 tsp Stevita Stevia Blend (or 1 TBL sugar)1 TBL + 1 tsp curry powder
Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring just to a boil, remove from heat and serve. Makes about 12 cups (6 two cup servings or 12 one cup servings).
Note: For a mild curry flavor only use 1 TBL
For med curry (my choice) use 1TBL + 1 tsp
and for spicy curry use 2 TBL.
If you're not experienced with curry, start out with less and taste - you can always add more.
