1 cup of all purpose flour (can use any kind, I have used wheat, spelt and rice)1/3 cup nutritional yeast (looks like big yellow flakes)1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon of fine sea salt4 tablespoons nondairy butter ( I usually only need 2)1/4 cup water or any nondairy milk
combine the flour, yeast, pepper and salt. slowly mix in the butter and the water until it starts to form dough.
roll out and cut with cookie cutter, should be about 1/4in thick.
cook at 350f or 180c for about 15 min
also you can add cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes. or dried herbs of choice.
Serving Size: about 60 small crackers, depending on the cookie cutter
