Easy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup, 1.5 serving (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp (remove)*Flour, white, .2 cup (remove)*Margarine, soft, 3 tsp (remove)Beef, top sirloin, 12 oz (remove)Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
Directions
Brown meat in marg. Push aside in pan and cook sliced mushrooms and onions. Move aside (with meat) and add some of the broth. Stir in flour until smooth, add remaining broth and mustard. Mix gravy into meat and simmer for 1 hr on low. Just before serving add sour cream and stir in. Add salt & pepper to taste.
