1 large Fuji apple, cut into small bite sized pieces3 stalks celery, sliced smallheavy 1/4 cup dried cranberriesheavy 1/4 cup chopped walnuts2 TBS light mayo1.25 + to taste sugar (splenda works well, but not calculated in this version)up to 1 tbs cider vinegar or white wine vinegar, to taste
