Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Enchillada Soup

Ingredients
525g diced chicken breast1 can condensed cream of chicken soup1 box campbells chicken stock1 can sweet corn1 can diced tomatoes1 dollop of sour cream
Directions
Place all ingredients except sour cream into slow cooker.
Cook until chicken is done. Serve with sour cream
