Mom's Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Promise Ultra2 Tbsp Flour1/8 tsp Pepper3 tsp Dry Mustard2 Cups Skim Milk10 oz Kraft 2% Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese2 Tbsp Gorgonzola Cheese2 Cups Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni
Directions
Melt Promise in medium non-stick sauce pan. Whisk in Flour, Dry Mustard and pepper until smooth. Remove from heat and slowly whisk in Skim Milk. Return to Medium heat and stir until almost boiling. Continue stirring while you add the cheese (I find if you cut the cheese into cubes, they melt faster). Stir until all cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Cook pasta for approximately 6 minutes. You don't want to cook it all the way. Pour pasta into lightly greased casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture over pasta and toss until well combined. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook Mac & Cheese for approx 20 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy!
