Low Sugar Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
8 cups Rhubarb4 cups Strawberries3 T. honey2 T. cornstarch1 cup quick oats2/3 cup brown sugar1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
Mix fruits, honey and cornstarch together in large bowl. Pour into 9x13 pan. Mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon in small bowl. Add melted butter and mix until crumbs form. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Divide into 12 servings.
