Ingredients
4 Carrots5 Cups Chicken Broth8 oz Cheese Tortillini1 1/2 Cups Rotisserie ChickenChopped ParsleySalt to Taste
Directions
In a large sauce pan simmer 4 carrots (peeled and cut into bite size peices) into 5 cups of Chicken Broth for 10 - 12 minutes. Add 8 oz of frozen cheese tortillini and simmer for 2-4 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken. Season with salt and chopped parsley.
