Ingredients:Salt, 0.25 tspRaisins, 0.50 cupHoney, 0.50 cup Oats, 1.50 cup Flour, whole grain, 2 tbs Benecol , Light Spread, 3 Tbsp
Directions
Melt and mix everything
Spread out on grease proof paper on baking tray, bout 1 inch thick, or to taste.
Cook on high for 25 mins.
