Whole Wheat Mixed Berry Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup quick cooking oats1/2 cup griund flax seed1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat flour1/2 cup sugar substitute (Splenda for baking)1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon baking powder3/4 cup fat free sour cream3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 large Egg Whites1 cup mixed berries1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 muffin cups.
2. In a large bowl, mix the 3/4 cup oats, flax seed, flour, sugar substitute, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Stir in the sour cream, applesauce, and egg whites just until dry ingredients are evenly moist. Fold in the berries. Scoop batter into the prepared muffin cups.
3. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
