15 Minute Nacho Supreme Dinner

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 packet taco seasoning1 10.75oz can condensed tomato soup1 1/2 cups water1 1/2 cups uncooked brown riceSalsaShredded lettuceShredded cheddar cheeseTortilla chips for dipping.
Directions
1, Cook beef and taco seasoning according to packet directions.
2. Add soup, water, and rice. Cook 5 minutes over low heat or until rice is tender.
3. Top with your desired nacho toppings and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
