Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad

Ingredients
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese1 apple, cored and chopped1 tsp. raisins, chopped1/2 cup pineapple, chopped4 tsp. almonds, chopped1/8 tsp. cinnamon1/8 tsp. cilantro1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
In a medium serving bowl combine cottage cheese, apple, raisins, pineapple, and almonds. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cilantro, and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
