Beef n shrimps

Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 1 lb sliced into stripsGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, stripsPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cupPeppers, yellow/orange, raw, sliced, 1 cup*Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 4 tbspOlive Oil, 2 tbspGarlic, .25 cup mincedShrimp, cooked, 20 large or 30 medium/small-ishWhite Rice, long grain, 2 cupPacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup, 1 servingWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Slice the beef into strips. Cut up your peppers (preferably prior to actual meal preparation/cooking time). Heat a wok on High, add your olive oil and then the garlic, teriyaki sauce and beef. Cook for a few minutes until the pink has left the beef. Add your peppers, then the shrimp. Once the peppers have softened a bit, add your beef broth and rice, using the water to keep things moist enough while you turn everything down to low and hopefully have the rice soak up the broth 'n' water.
