Quick and Easy Turkey Chili Soup in Crock Pot

Ingredients
Ingredients:1lb Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 can Chili Beans,2 cans Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 46 oz can 100% Tomato juice, 1 cup, chopped Onions, 1 cup, chopped green peppers 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers finely chopped optionalred pepper 1/4 TBS more or less to tastechili seasoning envelope I prefer the hot styleblack pepper and Mrs Dash to taste.
Directions
Cook Turkey in skillet with 1-2 cups of water when done drain then put everything into the crock pot stir turn on low. Come back in 3-4 hours and enjoy!

Sometimes for extra fiber I will add black beans as well or just another chili beans.

Serving Size: We divide this into 1 cup servings so you could have a few cups if you would like and still not feel guilty
