Ingredients
Dressing:1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar3 TBLS chicken broth defatted3 TBLS Pineapple Juice2 TBLS Sugar1 TBLS Oriental sesame oilSALAD1/3 cup slivered blanched almonds5 cups finely shredded cabbage1 package ramen soup noodles, crumbled(discard soup=seasong packet)
Directions
DRESSING- mix all dressing ingredients in small bowl

SALAD- preheat broiler spread almonds and toast until golden brown
In large bowl combine cabbage,toasted almonds,uncooked noodles, Add the dressing and toss to coat cabbage.
Cover and chill for at least 1 1/ 2hr to blend flavors

Serving Size: Makes 10 side-dish servings
