Ultimate Veggie Burger

1 can (14 oz) black beans, drained1 medium onion - quartered1/2 cup oats1tsp ground cumin1 tbsp coconut oil (or other oil for cooking in)
Place beans, onion, oats, cumin in food processed. Pulse until chunky, but not pureed. (Add a little more oats or water if it seems too wet or dry).
Let rest in fridge if time allows.
Heat pan with oil.
Shape into burger patties, or just spoon mixture by tablespoons onto hot pan. Cook until browned on both sides.
Serving Size: makes 6 burgers
