Honey Mustard Encrusted Pan Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 0.5 cup *Kashi Roasted Garlic and Tyme crackers, 3 serving Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, 2%, 0.5 cup Honey Mustard, 30 tsp *Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, cooked, pan-fried, 8 chop, excluding refuse (yield from
Directions
Put enough canola oil into a skillet to just cover the bottom. Heat oil on medium low heat.

Mean while, In a large bowel put flour, crushed crackers, salt, pepper, crushed Rosmary and Tyme.

In another bowel put egg, milk and honey mustard and blend well with a wire wisk.

Dip each chop first into the wet mixture then into the flour and cracker mixture.
Place each chop into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on bothsides.

Serving Size: Makes 8 large 7 ounce pork chops
