Low Carb Cinnamon Sugar Almond Cookies

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Egg Whites4 Packets Truvia Sweetener1 Tablespoon Agave Cectar1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract1 Teaspoon Cinnamon1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (31g)2/3 Cup Almond Meal4 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed (30g)
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Add egg whites, Truvia, agave nectar, vanilla extract and cinnamon to a medium-sized bowl and whisk well. Add protein powder and almond meal and stir until combined. Use a teaspoon to scoop batter onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle top with cinnamon/sugar. Bake for 15 min.
