Low-Carb Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 cups fresh pecans 1/3 cup cocoa1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt4 eggs1/2 cup butter, melted1 teaspoon vanilla1 cup Splenda1/2 cup water
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease a 8 or 9" round pan.

Process pecans in food processor until they are a meal-like consistency. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and process.

Add dry ingredients and the rest of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into baking pan. Check cake after 25 minutes to see if toothpick comes clean from the center. May take a little longer depending on your pan and oven.
