Fat Free Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
Ingredients:Pie shell:*Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal, 1 cup *Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate, 2.5 oz *HERSHEY'S COCOA POWDER, 1 tbsp Filling:*Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz *KRAFT® Cool Whip Free, fat free whipped topping, 50 tbsp *Jello Fat Free Sugar Free, 4 serving*Yogurt, Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy, 2 serving
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients in blender. Press into pie bottom. Bake at 300 F for 12 min. Cool.
Mix cream cheese in mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in room temperature Cool Whip. Add the 2 cups of yogurt gradually until smooth.
Check to see that the pie shell (mine made only a bottom, not sides) is cool. Fold in your cheesecake filling.
Refrigerate 2+ hours. Cut into 8.

Serving Size: Makes 8 slices of pie.
