Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, thin/small (remove)Pureed Tomatoes, 10 grams (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Add oil in a pan
put chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and cook
when onions are tender add a chopped tomato, tomato puree, salt and spices
add potato and cauliflower and cook till done
