Slow Cooker Chickenlegs with Rice and Broccoli

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked brown rice1/2 cup chopped onions1-1/2 cup sliced carrots3 cups chopped broccoli3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced1 - 10.5 oz can 98% fat free cream of chicken soupsalt and pepper2 cups water3 whole chicken legs, skin removed
Directions
Put rice and vegetables in slow cooker.
Add soup and water. Stir.
Place chicken legs on top.
Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper over the chicken.
Cover and cook as follows:
-low setting for 8-10 hours or
-medium setting for 6-8 hours or
-high setting for 4-5 hours.
Serves 5
