Chicken Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

3 skinless chicken breasts cubed1 carrot chopped1 sweet potato chopped1/2 small pumpkin chopped1 onion, diced3.5 inches daikon (oriental white radish)3 liters of water3 cloves of garlic3 bouillion cubes1 tbs oregano1 tbs thyme1 tbs rosemarydash of salt and pepper
Fill a large pot with 3 liters of water
Chop all vegitables and chicken
Add 3 bouillion cubes and boil
Simmer on medium and add pumpkin, sweet potatoe, carrot, onion, and garlic
After 20 minutes add the chicken, daikon, and spices.
Simmer on low for 40 minutes to let the flavours mature
Stir occassionally
This makes about 10 servings of soup. You may add or substitute any ingredients you like.
