Grilled Angel Food (1 slice) & Fruit (1/4 cup sauce) Cake

1.5 cups strawberries, chopped3/4 cup chopped rhubarb1/2 cup Splenda6 Tbsp water1 3/4 tsp. vanilla1/8 tsp. cinnamonBetty Crocker angel food cake mix, cut into 12 slices, use 6Fresh fruit in season
Combine strawberries, rhubarb, Splenda, water, vanilla and cinnamon. Cook on medium heat until the mixture just starts to boil, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool ~ can be refrigerated overnight.
Prepare hot fire in a charcoal grill, heat a gas grill or broiler. Lightly coat the grill rack with cooking spray. Position cooking rack 4-6" above heat. Place cake on grill long enough for each side to brown - takes about one minute per side.
Place cake on plate. Top with 1/4 cup sauce. Garnish with fresh strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and/or large blueberries.
