Ingredients:Butter, salted, 2 tbsp, meltedEgg, fresh, 3 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Splenda, 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbspFlour, white, 0.25 cup
Mix egg & water & splenda & cinnamon & vanilla & melted butter together with fork.
Add flour last and mix with fork.
To fry:
Use non stick pan
or
Use tiny fry pan and add butter to fry in, subtracting the fat from the days' allowance.
Serving Size: makes 2 servings of 2 pancakes each
