Ingredients
2 c torn romaine1 small tomato, cut into wedges4 cucumber slices, halved1 red onion slice, quartered1 tbsp crumbled feta cheeseDressing:1 tsp red wine vinegar2 tsp water2 tsp olive oil1 garlic clove, minced1/4 tsp sugar1/8 tsp saltdash of pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and feta cheese. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients. Shake well. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
