Ingredients
1 can 15 oz Mackerel, canned, drained1/4 cup onions, chopped1 large egg1/4 cup all purpose flourNon Stick Spray
Directions
Flake Mackerel apart in a small bowl with a fork. Stir in onions, flour and egg until mixed well. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Shape into 6 patties and cook in olive oil until each side is golden brown.
