Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
7.5 mL Lime juice7.5 mL Apple juice1.5 tsp Sesame Oil 0.5 tbsp Soy sauce- low sodium100 gm Grilled chicken breast1 oz Swiss cheese- low fat1 cup Quartered or chopped apple1 tbsp Chopped raw chives or spring onion2 cups Raw spinach
Directions
In a bowl, mix together lime juice, apple juice, sesame oil and soy sauce. On a plate, place spinach leaves. Add chopped grilled chicken breast, cheese and apples. Sprinkle chives over top and toss with dressing.

Serving Size: Serves 1 (can easily be doubled)
