Golden Cornbread Muffins

Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, mix only, whole box1/2 cup water. Makes 2 cups of batter. Put 1 cup of batter on the waffle iron at a time.Or makes 12 muffins.
Mix all ingredients. Season with Fajita seasoning or any other seasoning you like. Cook on round waffle iron til puffed and crispy. Cut each round in 8 sections for a total of 16 wedges.
Serving Size: 1/4 of waffle round - 2 wedges.
Or Bake in a muffin tin at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or till brown - to make 12 muffins. (If baking you can add an egg white).
