Ingredients
4 C flour1 pkg yeast1 T salt1/4 C olive oil1 1/4 C water
Directions
mix all ingredients, let rest one hour. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and shape into two loaves, place in two oiled loaf pans. Let rest 30 minutes to an hour. Bake at 450 for 35 minutes.
