1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained1 can pinto beans, drained1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1 can Rotel tomatoes4 medium mission wheat soft taco tortillas3 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Combine ground beef, pinto beans, cream of mushroom soup, rotel tomatoes together. Spray round cake pan with Pam spray, layer tortillas and mixture, finishing with a tortilla. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. May also microwave for 6.5 minutes and remove cover halfway through. Makes 6 servings.
