Low Fat Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 pound of small red potatoes1 small celery stalk, diced1 egg white, boiled and diced1 tablespoon of Duke's Low Fat Mayonaise1 teaspoon of yellow mustard (to taste)Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt (to taste)Splash of Dill Pickle Juice
Directions
Slice the potatoes into pieces that fit your preference. Boil until soft. Drain and put them in the refrigerator to cool. Dice one boiled egg white as well as one small celery stalk. Add celery, egg, mayonaise, and mustard to the potatoes and stir. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. The secret is the splash of dill pickle juice. My grandmother taught me this and it always gives that extra flavor.
