Action Packed Baked Beans

Ingredients
2 tsps dried coriander2 tsps cumin2 tsps curry powder5 x cloves of garlic120 gms mushrooms165 gms of carrot300 gms of Watties Super Greens (peas, brocolli, spinach)2 tsps rice bran oil (or whatever oil you have)1 x 420gm tin of chopped tomatoes
Directions
1. Cook onion, garlic, 1 tsp curry, cumin, coriander with the oil.
2. Add chopped tomatoes, cover and cook for 5 min (stirring so it doesn't stick).
3. Add veges, and 1 tsp curry, cumin, and coriander and simmer for 2 mins
4. Add baked beans, cover and simmer for 15 mins (or until carrots are cooked).

Serve with rice or on it's own.
