red mill almond flour .75 cupground lean meat 6 ozonionfresh thymefresh basilmarinara sauce .75 cupmushrooms .75 cupgreen peppers summer squash2 brat hans chicken sausages2 eggs1 tbsp olive oilgarlic powderpenzye's 4s salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

With hands, mix beef, almond flour, olive, thyme, garlic powder, salt and spread on parchment paper

Bake 15-20 minutes

Cook mushrooms and sliced sausage with veggies on stovetop

Cover cooked crust with marinara and then add topppings

Bake for 15 more minutes
