vegetable lentil stew

Ingredients
1 can Progresso Vegetable Classics Lentil soup1 can tomato pureebroccolipeascelery1 slice of onion, pressed2 cloves of garlic, pressed1 green bell pepper1 tsp ground coriander1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp freshly cracked black peppercorns2 tsp sea salt2 tsp curry powder2 tsp turmeric1 cinnamon bark
Directions
blend all ingredients in pot and cook on medium heat about 15 minutes, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes
makes about 6 servings
